Michael Bugbee is an associate attorney of the firm.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction, from the Pennsylvania State University where he made Dean’s list every semester.  Mr. Bugbee graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law.  Mr. Bugbee is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice before all Florida state courts.

 

Prior to joining FL Legal Group, Mr. Bugbee was self-employed as an attorney, and he also worked as a law clerk before he obtained his professional license.  While at Duquesne Law School, Mr. Bugbee achieved a variety of accomplishments.  In particular, he graduated in the top 10% of his class, earned academic scholarships, and helped implement green initiatives as Vice President of the Environmental Law Society.  As a law clerk, Mr. Bugbee dealt with a variety of matters related to both civil and criminal litigation.  Before he attended law school, Mr. Bugbee worked in Tampa, Florida as a drug and alcohol addiction counselor. 

 

Mr. Bugbee focuses his practice in the areas of criminal defense, employment law, the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law (Personal Injury Protection or PIP), and general civil litigation.
