(Insured cannot bring suit based on medical provider’s demand letter); (b) Buchanan Chiropractic Center (a/a/o Carolina Vial (a minor), by and through her parent and guardian Maria Gery) v. Progressive Express Ins. Co. (Plaintiff must submit subsequent demand letter prior to amending its Complaint to incorporate additional charges/dates of service); (c) Chambers Medical Group, Inc. (a/a/o Angelica Manzano) v. Progressive Express Ins. Co. (where demand letter fails to state exact amount demanded of insurer, said demand letter fails to meet statutory requirements).
